Return Policy

At Black Stag Rituals, our top priority is to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. We understand that sometimes, a product may not meet your expectations. To address such cases, we have developed the following refund policy that allows for a hassle-free return and refund process.

1. Return Eligibility Criteria

For your item(s) to qualify for a return and refund, the following conditions must be met:
– The item(s) must be unused, unworn, and in the original condition with all tags and packaging intact.

– A return request should be initiated within 14 days from the date of receiving the item(s). We cannot accept returns beyond the specified period.

Please note that the following items are NOT eligible for returns:

– Items on sale or with discounts

– Gift cards

– Undergarments, swimwear, and other intimate apparel (due to hygienic reasons)

– Custom or personalized items


2. Return Procedure

To process a return, kindly follow these steps:

a. Contact our customer support team at, providing the order number, item(s) to be  returned, and the reason for the return.


b. Our support team will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and provide you with the return shipping address.


c. Securely pack the item(s) and include your receipt or proof of purchase with the RMA number clearly indicated on it.


d. Ship the package using a traceable shipping method. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and Black Stag Rituals does not accept liability for lost or damaged return packages.

3. Refund Assessment

Upon receiving your returned item(s), our staff will inspect them and notify you of the approval or denial of your refund request. If approved, a refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

4. Product Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for defective, damaged, or incorrect item(s) received. If you would like to exchange an item that meets such criteria, please reach out to our customer support team within 7 days of delivery and provide the necessary details. We will facilitate the exchange and cover any associated shipping costs.


5. Returns in Person

All returns are available: 33 Sussex St, Rhyl,  LL18 1SH.
